Class Description: 

After this class you can leave your fear of piecrust failure in the baking isle.  In this class we go deeper into what makes a good crust.  Focusing on the science of good crust.  You will learn how to measure, mix, handle, and roll crusts.  Blind baking, decorative edgings, and French crumb tops will be covered.  Crusts will be filled with fresh fruit filling and baked to take home
